You will find on this page the usual forms and documents to be completed in a shipping transaction.

Saved in PDF format, you must download the Acrobat Reader plugin in order to view, fill out and print the forms. (Download Acrobat here). If you wish to be able to fill out AND save the document after modifying it, you must acquire the full version of Adobe Acrobat. The free version of Acrobat Reader only permits you to save the file in its initial, unmodified version.
